I have leased a home with Force Real Estate for over 1.5 years. I have previously owned my own home for over 7 years. I have privately rented for over 3 years previous to this property and in that case despite doing everything above and beyond my obligations I was treated like an ATM machine. The experience with Force has been the exact opposite despite being an agency. My property manager is always genuinely very polite and helpful and friendly. She always answers her email quickly and takes the time to answer calls to their office despite it being obvious she has a high workload. She is understanding and not at all overly demanding or inappropriately delegating of the agency's/owner's lawful obligations. The house I lease is quite aged and has needed some repairs. Each time I reported a fault it was addressed immediately and without any gripes. Excellent work by contractors and coordination with the manager. One should understand that the owner of a property and the leasee are both clients of the agency and it is not easy to balance this in a personable relationship within lawful obligations. A lessee should take their leasing responsibility seriously and where possible overtly show the agency that they do so. With an agency like Force Real Estate, for which I have been assigned a competent and professional property manager, I feel genuinely appreciated and this is reflected in the relationship that is so important for anyone as it is a human right to have housing available. I would genuinely recommend Force Real Estate to friends or family and have done so in passing a few times already. Taking the time to write this review is an appropriate courtesy and to show my appreciation for an agency who does in fact positively distinguish itself from others.
