We approached DEN BALDWIN from Harcourts Bunbury to sell our property in Holland Loop DARDANUP. We did not want to put our property on the market until we found a suitable place to downsize to. We listed our property with Den who then arranged photos. It took a little over 12 months before we found a suitable place during that time Den worked tirelessly trying to find a place for us.He constantly kept us informed of any progress in finding a suitable property for us. Den always returned any phone calls promptly. He never tried to push us to make a decision and was also very considerate of how my wife felt about any potential properties. Once the offer for the property we wanted to purchase was accepted Den placed our property on the market. He had a home open and Den and his wife Jo conducted the opening very professionally. Within 4 hours of the home open Den called to say he had a couple of offers, one offer way more than we expected. We accepted this offer and settlement was in early September 24.
