I was selling a property in Bunbury, but I live in Sydney. Den was easy to deal with and did a lot of work for me including sorting cleaning up the property and disposing of rubbish, working with the tenant, managing maintenance work that needed to be done. All the things that a local seller would have done themselves, he did for me as a matter of course. He was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was going on and was happy at every step.

This is the second property this year that Melanie has sold for us. We got far in excess of what we were after price wise, and it sold before we even got the photos taken to someone that Melanie had on her books from a previous property. Melanie communicated very well, knows the market, follows up all avenues for a sale and even organises any post inspection works that need to be done. She works hard for you.
