M&M are an unbeatable team.
M&M are an unbeatable team, they work exquisitely together, I highly recommend this duo. They set out a clear plan, gave us dates, booked everything in an efficient and timely manner not missing anything. High professionalism, they know the industry and the psychology of selling. I was impressed from the moment I met Monica and Megan and felt confident that they would gain the results we were hopeful of. I cant thank them enough nor can I find enough words that could adequately convey how good they are, you just have to appoint them to find out. You wont be disappointed. Thank you girls from the bottom of my heart, you performed miracles! xx

Great Team
I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Harcourts Aqua. Through my dealings with Jodie on the front counter I did not bother looking for any other agent but came straight to Harcourts Aqua. I was introduced to Megan and Monica and they were extremely helpful, courteous and very respectful especially dealing with my mother and I sincerely thank them for that. Due to my occupation, I called in ad hoc a couple of times and if the girls weren't in the office, their colleague, Catherine was able to help me and conduct the transactions I required. I was informed every step along the way and although things were a bit hectic on the day of the auction , everything went smoothly as far as I could see. I was introduced to the auctioneer, Steve, who drew me aside and asked about the home and about Mum & Dad. The auction was conducted professionally and treated with the respect my family's abode deserved and I sincerely thank the team for this as it was an unexpected emotional day for me. To get the end result is a credit to Megan and Monica for the way they ran the marketing campaign and also Steve who was able to extract every last dollar from the bidders....Thank you !! Very personable and professional
We have recently sold our property by auction with Harcourts Aqua. The company was fantastic and in particular Megan Rowe and Monica Furniss were especially helpful. Although being from interstate and also being overseas while the campaign was running, all was taken care of by these wonderful ladies. Maintenance, styling, brochures, advertising, legal matters were all organised for us with great communication, efficiency, honesty and professionalism. Fantastic service and very helpful

Best agent in Semaphore and Port Adelaide
When purchasing our apartment Michael was always available for our questions and concerns. He returned calls promptly when we left messages or wrote in inquiries. Open house inspections were always on time and Michael was able to provide all the information we required during the inspection.

As a first time vendor Michael made me feel as relaxed as possible about the entire process. He always maintained close contact with me without be cloying in any way. He offered comprehensive information as to current sales, interests and the market situation in general. I felt comfortable that he acted on behalf with consummate professionalism and with the flamboyant yet effective delivery of the auctioneer Stephen von Borch I was happily rewarded with a great sale price. Michael has a sense of humour that parallels his sense of occasion and I would have no hesitation in recommending his knowledge, skills and ability to make one feel at ease to any prospective vendor.
