Friendly and outgoing with client's needs put first

Professional, Knowledgable and Trustworthy
Michael's agency has been managing our rental property for the past seven years, so it was only natural that we turned to Harcourts Semaphore to sell it when we were ready. Prior to deciding to sell Michael researched all options for us, including re-development potential of the block, to renovation and subdivision. Together we decided that selling was the best option for us. A short campaign of less than 4 weeks, meant Michael hit the ground running and already had enquiries before we had even put the sign up which were as a result of his marketing campaign recommendations. We received several offers prior to auction, one even at our reserve price. At auction we achieved $10,000 above this reserve and were very happy with the outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael if you wish to sell your home in the local area as he knows his stuff! Thanks Michael on a great job for us.

Outstanding - a positive face of real estate
Megan (and her working partner Monica) are an exceptional pair - together and individually. As customers we felt respected, well-advised, and confident in Megan's judgements. Megan is professional and ethical at all times, yet also down-to-earth. She has a thorough knowledge of real estate, and is savvy and creative regarding marketing and negotiations. Megan is very hard-working, going the extra mile on our behalf.
