Disappointment

Disappointing experience. Our apartment was incorrectly listed as a house for almost two months, potentially missing many buyers. Communication was minimal from Shane, open home feedback had to be chased up, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.

Highly recommend Erynne and her team.

Great to deal with very responsive and excellent communicator also provided excellent advice and flexibility in approach when the property market conditions changed significantly mid sale of the property. Both Erynne and Paris in particular worked very well together and communication was second to none considering I’m located interstate and I placed good communication as very important to me. Highly recommend Erynne and her team.

Her gentle, calm voice helped me right through the sale!

Erynne and her team went above and beyond to guide us through what was an incredibly stressful process. We were selling an investment property interstate — one we had never even seen in person from the day it was built to the day it was sold — so putting our trust in someone else was a big step. From the very beginning, Erynne reassured us with her calm and caring approach, always saying, “Don’t stress — we’ll take care of everything.” And they truly did. Her team managed all the maintenance needed to present the property at its best and organised multiple home opens to help achieve a sale price we were genuinely happy with.
