Disappointing experience. Our apartment was incorrectly listed as a house for almost two months, potentially missing many buyers. Communication was minimal from Shane, open home feedback had to be chased up, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.

Great to deal with very responsive and excellent communicator also provided excellent advice and flexibility in approach when the property market conditions changed significantly mid sale of the property.
