This sale was difficult with some unforeseeable challenges, which negatively affected the price, leading to a price reduction. Erynne was attentive, kept me regularly informed and contacted me at times that suited my busy schedule. At all times I felt that she was working hard for me to get the best outcome she could despite the difficulties faced. Moving quickly, Erynne had the advertisement online within a few days and open inspections organised on the first weekend. A lot of interest was generated early and she actively followed up with sellers and brought several offers after the first inspection.
