I had 3-4 meetings with other agents before making my decision. I ended up choosing Erynne because of her market knowledge, her drive and her motivation to want my business. It was so refreshing dealing with such a motivation & driven individual (and I knew she would transfer these skills into her sales process). The other agents either didn't follow me up, or did it days later over an email (not a phone call), and I needed to know that the agent I was dealing with would not be scared of the phone (as I wanted them calling ....not texting or emailing...my prospective buyers). Erynne also had to deal with quite a few family members in our sale, as we had a parent who had passed away. It was not an easy process and she honestly did not get stressed and she did not get frustrated. She executed the process in a very professional and compassionate way. Erynne is very hard working (works long hours), she is honest & genuine. She also does what she says she is going to do. It is not often you come across sales staff with these skills anymore.
