Efficient, respectful and successful
We felt Michael worked hard to sell the home for us. He promoted the house on a variety of channels and kept us informed all along the way. In the end we were happy with the price we obtained for the house. A smooth process for us at what is a stressful part of life.

Michael is a hard working agent for his clients
Michael is a active and determined agent. Constantly checking in and giving professional advice. He goes out and works extremely hard for a sale. Makes other agents look like couch sitters. He is informative and his knowlegde of the market is amazing. Michael has now sold 2 houses for me. He achieved fatastic results for both of my properties. Micheal is an exceptional agent
Micheal exceeded all my expectations of what an agent should be. He takes a lot of pride on being organised and on top of everything. An intelligent man, but down to earth and very personable. Beyond what I could’ve hoped for...
I knew for a longtime, before I put the property on the market, that I would go through Michael at Harcourts. This was my first time ever, selling a property and very much trusted everything he said and did and hoped for the best. I literally left everything up to him, as I simply had no idea what I was doing. The level of professionalism and effort he took, before I had even 100% committed to him, demonstrated that he could “do the job” and do it well. His presentation of documents, marketing and organisation were exceptional. He exceeded all my expectations continuously and whatever he said he’d do, he’d do more. He must’ve spent hours and hours, if not days! Talking and liaising with relevant stakeholders and made sure it was going to be the best possible outcome for me. Even it that meant sacrificing for himself. Super happy I made the decision. Michael is a credit to the Harcourts name.

Selling House = Michael Enever
When it comes to selling houses Michael is the man for you.He is a true professional and is passionate about realestate.We had another agency come through and felt they were too business like and impersonal.When Michael arrived he gave us his time and was interested in our story, he likes to do figures and work out the true value of your home. I think the FOR SALE sign was up for 5 days and Michael sold our house to the first person he brought through.We were very happy with the price and the aftercare given to us.We would highly recommend Michael
