Kostya did a great job in selling our house in a tough time. He was consistent with his effort in working Saturdays and Sundays, working hard to find the right buyer for our home. He always did all the inspections himself and although it took longer that what we originally wanted he got the result in the end.

Kostya was a great agent to deal with in the sale of our property in Belconnen. He was thoughtful and hard working to make sure we got the best outcome. In the sale we had 2 buyers who we accepted the offer, and then they withdraw. Kostya continued to work hard to find another good buyer. He always did the inspections himself instead of sending an assistant to ensure we got the right outcome. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you.

Koysta was very helpful throughout the process, wasn’t pushy and very consultative. He was particularly helpful when we were looking for our new property. The expected market value was less than we were expecting due to the overall market dropping.
