Ajay provided guidance on how we could prepare the property for maximum presentation. He showed a detailed understanding of the recent changes to the housing market in our area. He was always easy to contact and made us feel he was available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. He provided regular verbal and written feedback on the progress of the open inspections. He also spent considerable time engaging with potential buyers that resulted in the sale of our house at a premium price. We highly recommend Ajay as the agent to sell your home.

I feel that communication is lacking. He is always reassuring though and did help out a lot when he talks to you. We had a lot of hiccups and 3 offers backed out after accepting the offer so house was sitting in the market for almost 3 months which is long for this current market.

I engaged Ajay first time to sell my unit in Canberra, ACT. It was natural to have some concerns about his abilities but he proved to be far superiors to my expectations. He knows the market very well and achieved the upper end to advised price. He takes the job seriously, and work hard to achieve best possible result. He has advanced property selling skills and execute these skills professionally. . He is approachable and advised as well as handled the overall selling process professionally. Considering his communication skills, professionalism in selling, advising skills and sincerity to his client, I would strongly recommend him for selling /or buying property.
