We used Ajay kumar from Town Residential to sell our property in Canberra recently. We found Ajay to be straight down the line and honest with his approach to selling. We followed his advice and judgment and presented the property as we agreed to give it the best chance of selling. We were very pleasantly surprised when we received a decent strong offer in the first 48 hours of home opens and we accepted the offer. Everything went smoothly and the property contract was exchanged in less than 4 weeks time. All up start to finish took no more than 6-8 weeks and that’s because we listened to the advice and was realistic on were the market was at and Ajaykumar delivered. He will be our go to agent to sell the future properties. Highly Recommended.
