We can't recommend Shane highly enough. Professional and confident with years of local knowledge under his belt, we could not have managed without his guidance and advice. He was also incredibly thoughtful, helpful and understanding as the sale needed to happen on a fast deadline and with the complication of moving an elderly relative into a nursing home while we did not live locally. For the first contact with Martin. Our property was on the market and sold within 4 weeks. Both my partner and myself were travelling overseas and everything was done via docusign. Of course we had to be verified before we travelled. Again all sorted and suggested by Martin. We could not recommend Martin and his team at Harcourts Bribie Island enough.
