As the buyer, we felt Shane did a good job for his vendor. He was available to us when needed and tried to assist us to enable us to solve all purchasing decisions. He actually tried to sell the positive aspects of the property. This is something some local vendors do not do. I can't speak for the vendor but I believe he wanted a quick sale at a fair price and Shane facilitated this.

His attention to all details meant that even though there were some minor issues with our house, his suggestions on how to correct those issues helped our sale go through as planned. Shane made us feel so welcome on our first visit to Harcourts and found us exactly what we wanted from a property. Shane communicated with us every step of the way, he kept us fully informed regarding some difficulties that had happened with the vendor causing the Settlement date to be extended. Shane always returned any calls/emails we sent very quickly and if we asked him to do something regarding our purchase he did it right away. Shane was able to provide us with local knowledge which was very useful as we are “new” to the area. Shane has a great “laid back” attitude however is also very professional in what he does, nothing was too difficult and no question went un-answered. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Shane and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and Harcourts to others who are considering buying/selling property.
