Jeremy provided a reasonable estimate of my home’s value prior to sale and offered practical advice and assistance in the lead up to sale. The first open was a resounding success with his team going all out to ensure a successful display. My house went on the market a couple of weeks prior to the coronavirus distancing measures. Jeremy and his team adapted quickly to the changed arrangements and offered practical solutions in a rapidly changing environment. My auction was brought forward just prior to the live cut-off. The man is either well connected or has a crystal ball in reading the market! All staff in his office are a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.
