Outstanding service with a neverending positive attitude
As remote interstate owners we cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Jeremy and his team at Harcourts Brindabella in selling our unit. We were able to completely trust and relax throughout the sales process. Our unit was at the end of a long term rental period and in need of upgrades prior to the sale . Jeremy organised painters and new floor coverings for us. Throughout the sales process we were kept regularly informed. Jeremy upheld our price and the unit sold at asking price. Thank you Jeremy.

Professional and personable

Purchase of two bedroom unit through Jeremy Maher
Jeremy had extensive knowledge and was very understanding of individual circumstances regarding the purchase. Extremely helpful with every aspect, including renting the property prior to settlement, finance and maintenance to be done prior to settlement. Above and beyond
Jeremy is a highly-skilled agent. I have used him to sell two properties in the past few years, the latest just last week. He navigated the sale through a shocking market, Federal election, changes to First Home Owners' Scheme, etc. A Perfect Storm of a bad time to be selling. Nevertheless, he achieved a price that I felt was more than fair. He is ALWAYS cheerful, amusing and obliging. I felt very calmed by his experience and knowledge of the market and intuition of purchasers' behavours. I would use him again, first choice. Jeremy will go over and above what a seller needs - reassurance, humour and reliability. Give Harcourts a try. I was impressed by them. And I wasn't paid for this review! I just find Jeremy a professional, honest and hard-working agent on my side.
