Andrew was honest with his evaluation, but was also happy to listen to what we thought our home was worth. Two good offers within 2 weeks meant we got the best offer possible -in fact the asking price. However there were some difficulties with the vendors being able to meet the conditions and several extensions were required. Andrew kept in touch regularly. He always knew of the important dates and called us prior to discuss our options. Finally the vendors came through - they're happy, we're happy. We received our asking price - probably $25,000 more than we may have received from other evaluations ! Highly recommend Andrew - we'll use him again :)
