Very thorough
I have used Harcourts Carrum Downs Property Management team's services for over 12 years now to manage my investment property. I have found them to be thoroughly pleasant and professional in all my dealings with them throughout that entire time. My current Property Manager, Tara Smith, has been outstanding in the manner in which that she has conducted herself in regards to managing our property. Cannot be more pleased with their service.

Great Team To Work With
We have sold a few properties over the years now and well Harcourt Carrum Downs has shown me a completely different side to customer service. Caring genuine peoples people is all I can say. Im not having to follow up on anything they are contacting me to make sure I'm happy and ok with everything going on. What a beautiful feeling. As for renting well we haven't done it for many many years and this team has been wonderful walking us through every step and making sure we were looked after once our property sold. I cant help but think they have gone above and beyond every day work load to help us and I actually feel special, my whole family just wanted to thank each and everyone one of you for the best experience we have had to date and look forward to being about to continue our professional and personal relationship with your team.
