Bryce made the selling of my house such a relaxing process. If I had any queries he answered them in a way I understood, and once Covid came in, being able to sign digitally was a new experience, but Bryce made it seem so simple and easy, with the assistance of Olivia along the way.

Bryce was and still is amazing. From the beginning i felt welcomed. I did not feel pressured, given the time i needed to view the house and provided with the information i needed. The communication between Bryce and the vendors for the viewing times i needed felt smooth and easy as if i was organizing to come over for a tea. I am over the moon with the whole experience and felt genuinely cared for. Thank you so much Bryce.

From the get go as soon as we met Bryce Houston and Olivia Benzur we knew we'd selected the right agents to sell our home, for us it was the first time selling a home and we had absolutely no idea where to start or what to do!, Bryce and Olivia made the whole process seamless, from our initial meeting through to the sale of our home. Very knowledgeable, knows the game, a great mentor for Olivia and walked us through each process, step by step, even has a great sense of humour :). Couldn't recommend them highly enough - regards Teresa Cooke and Ray McCarthy

Troy was a professional and communicative Real Estate Agent. Troy persevered to sell our property during the Covid-19 restrictions. A truly remarkable effort.

His extensive experience gives you confidence in him as an agent and Harcourts were able to adapt to the COVID19 restrictions without quickly and efficiently

We sold recently one of our properties. We chose Harcourts Carrum Downs since we were very happy with the property manager there. The sales agent was Bryce Houston. We've had a lot of different agents in the past but this one was by far the best. Organised, knowledgeable and friendly. First we received professional advice and assistance to get the process started. The communication during the week and after the open house inspections couldn't have been better. And even the sales result was way better than expected. Our rating for Bryce is 10/10, highly recommended.

Despite Harcourts having beautifully managed my tenanted property for the last 5 years i was nervous when it came to selling what was once my first home. I spoke to other agents in the area for my own piece of mind but no one gave me the confidence that i found with Troy. He was up to date with the covid-19 legislative changes affecting tenanted homes. His experience in real estate evident in his no-nonsense, confident and balanced approach. Troy and his team at Harcourts managed the process seemlessly and they were a delight to work with through out. Acheiving a quick sale, a great price and fantastic settlement terms for a tenanted property during a pandemic is a job well done. Thanks Troy and the team at Harcourts Carrum Downs
