Without Bryce we wouldn't have gotten the highest price we did. He went further in helping us purchase a home in Tasmania without him we would still be waiting. Cheers Bryce

Bryce proved to be a competent agent and was very pleasant to deal with. His assessment of the property was "spot on" as was demonstrated on the day of the auction. Harcourts provided an enthusiastic and totally professional service and I would certainly recommend them.

Sale of 16 Norfolk Crescent Frankston North. We write to advise you of our appreciation and satisfaction with the efforts of Bryce Houston regarding the sale of our investment property. Despite a tenant that had been in residence for some 22 years (and had not done a Spring clean since arrival), Bryce still managed to attract a buyer within a very short time. The price he achieved for us was well in access of our agreed range. He has been a pleasure to deal with and very professional in his approach. Please accept our thanks to Harcourts Carrum Downs and Bryce personally.

Bryce was our listing agent with Harcourts Carrum Downs when we recently sold our investment property. We found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us lots of attention and advice in regards to putting our best effort into what he felt would enhance our chances of getting our best price. And that is exactly what we achieved. We would highly recommend Bryce, Troy and the team at Carrum Downs Harcourts, Regards Sue and Jack Farrell

Troy was able to develop and apply a marketing campaign that exposed our house to a maximum number of buyers. Then on the day of our auction, he was able devise a method that enabled both vendor and buyer to achieve our desired result. I would recommend using Troy at any auction as his credibility and presence are second to none. What you see is what you get. He puts the time in and his communication and feedback over the period was first class. I'm happy to recommend Troy Pullar to anyone looking for an agent to sell their house.

Bryce is extremely friendly, honest and hard working. Going above and beyond for us, which meant long hours to get things done. Very much appreciate the outcome he has achieved for us and highly recommend him as an agent.

We had a fantastic experience with Bryce. He was happy to give us good advise and didn't tell white lies to get us to lower our price for sale. When we told him that we wanted to achieve a price in our area that hasn't been reached before, he didn't buckle. Instead he stuck to a plan and executed brilliantly. We called 5 agents in when trying to pick an agent, 4 told us that auction don't work and their was no way that we could achieve our price. It was a breath of fresh air to hear an agent say (with confidence) that this process will work and that he believed that he could achieve it. Well.... all i can say is that not only did he work hard to achieve it, he convinced us to put our reserve up before the auction by 10K! (when have you ever heard an agent do that?) and he sold our property $17,000 above our revised reserve ($27,000 more then we were hoping to make). I can honestly say that Bryce is a fantastic business person and was supported by the entire team at Harcort Carrum Downs (with a quick shout out to Troy... you called a great auction mate) thank you again Bryce regards Luke PS I would have no problem if you gave my number to potential vendors that want to reference check you.
