It was a very pleasant experience to work with Bryce, he knows well about the area and was very efficient to get the deal done within our budget. His service was very good and with details too. Highly recommend him to be the agent if we r going to buy or sell another property in that area

I think that bryce was very thorough polite and had a very good knowledge of every thing involved in the sale of our property should we decide to sell in the future I will definitely use him and I would also recommend him to anyone selling their property aswell, it's good to know there are still genuine people out in the world that will go above and beyond for your welfare. I'm very pleased with bryce and I will stay in contact with him for the future.

I am unaware of Bryce's market knowledge or negotiation skill sets, as I purchased the property at auction with minimum interaction. I wanted to put N/A, but that was not an option, so I put a half star, and the rating should have NO REFLECTION. In the communications area, Bryce, followed me up prior to the auction. He also fulfilled my requests after the auction. On the development side, I was a little disappointed that he did not come back to me with a definite NO, that he was not going to take my offer prior to the auction - it was a conclusion I came to. On the credibility aspect, from the minimum dealings that I have had, I have no issues at all.

Bryce worked extremely hard during our sales campaign and come auction date, he had a big turn-out of buyers present. The end result was well above my expectations, one very happy vendor. Thanks again Bryce. I highly recommend you.

Bryce was a pleasure to work with throughout the auction process. Very easy to talk to and find out the information you needed to know. He helped me and my partner with any problems that arose and was very easy to deal with.

Troy provided exceptional customer service. He was organised, on time, well presented and always prepared. All information provided was clear, direct and readily understood. At no time did I feel misled or that information was being withheld. I would highly recommend Troy and Harcourts to others wanting honest and professional real estate service.

From the initial consultation through to the auction day, Troy handled the sale of our home with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Troy made the sale process as easy as possible for us it almost felt like he held our hands the entire way! The auction attracted well in excess of eighty people and the auction itself went brilliantly. We cannot thank you enough for the commitment you gave our property and the results speak for themselves!! We are still smiling that our reserve was well exceeded!

We have had a delightful experience selling our rental propery. Troy's knowledge on the market in our area was extrordonary. His advice on how to present our propery what to do what not to worry about was perfect. This advice resulted in an excellent outcome for us when he auctioned this house. Troy is a very personable man with excellent communication skills. His prompt follow up to all queries was very reassuring. We intend to work with Troy again with our next property in the next 6 months. We will also be recommending Troy to our friends.
