Nick, Julie and the team were brought on to sell my apartment in West End, just as rates went up and the 2026/27 Budget was to be announced, slowing the market especially for investors. They worked tirelessly to promote my home to the national market, running multiple open homes per week, made themselves available at all times with me and potential buyers, and kept me informed at every stage of where the sales process was at. They provided suggestions on how to improve the experience for potential buyers, and provided timely and honest updates, even when news wasn't positive after a viewing. Nick sold our house in record time above what we thought we would get. Nothing was a problem with Nick and was available for any queries.
