Cannot recommend Kirsty and Tom more highly. It was not merely the price they achieved. Cara and her team did several video walkthroughs of their listings as I’m interstate, they were more than willing to provide that service so very grateful. We sold quickly for what be believed to be the true and fair value of the property. A value that was higher than the estimates and advice of other agents. We had this house on the market previously with other agents and were told the market had changed and we should accept an offer that was considerably lower than the eventual selling price.
