Nick is a master of his field. He knows the market and the history of the market and his dedicatin to is customer is second to none. I did a lot of research prior to listing my parents home for sale and even conducted interviews with competitive agents. Nick truely believes what he is telling you and whilst at time, when you ask a question of him he sits there and answers with his eyes closed (this was a little strange at first), Nick has all the knowledge necessary in his head and genuinely knows the answer that is being sort. His professionalism and care for his client - in this case my elderly mum, was awe inspiring to witness. The end result was the sale of my parents Home in a very quick time (essentially 5-6 Days) with a single open house, in the rain mind you, which produced 30+ perspective buyers and 7 offers by 5pm on the Monday following the open house. The targeted purchase price was exceeded for which we are truely greatful and I sit back now and think of the whole experience and am so happy for my mum and what she has been able to achieve. And yet a part of me is not surprised one little bit at the result because of one individual and his outstanding business acumen. Well done Nick - thank you for everything.
