Great experience
Guy was not only knowledgeable about the market, but also has a great network of people and buyers in the area. We sold our apartment quickly and got the price we wanted. More than this, Guy went above and beyond the expectations I’d have of a real estate agent. He provided amazing support and would often work outside of standard hours to help me with several issues. Hard work
Andre Shaples was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was professional, approachable, and really took the time to explain things clearly, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I always felt he had my best interests at heart and was doing everything he could to get the best outcome. Of course, we all hope to get a little more when it comes to the final price — but that’s just the nature of the market, and you can’t always get exactly what you want. Even so, I could see the effort he put in and the way he handled everything with honesty and care. He communicated well, kept me updated, and was always easy to reach whenever I had questions. Overall, I was really happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking real estate.
