Christine and her team were fantastic to deal with. Her knowledge of the local area is second to none. There wasn’t a time of the day or night that Christine wasn’t available or willing to assist. The outcome on auction day exceeded our expectations despite our expectations increasing with the rising market. Would recommend Christine and the team to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the moment Ilona crossed our threshold, we knew we had chosen the right agent to sell our house. Her local knowledge, experience & professionalism shone through. Ilona ensured OUR selling experience was smooth sailing from day one. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, we would highly recommend you consider putting your biggest investment in her capable hands.

Georgia sold my house with minimal fuss and found a buyer at my price point after it was passed in at auction. I would definitely use her again and have recommended her to others.

We honestly can't speak highly enough of Georgia, her high level of professionalism and ability to get results beyond expectations. Right from the outset she kept us informed and completely in the loop with communication daily and comprehensive updates. We listed our property with her and based on her marketing ideas and advice, we had huge interest and numerous offers presented. Our property was sold in only 5 days for an amount far exceeding our expectations. Georgia absolutely goes the extra mile to get the outcome hoped for. We wholeheartedly would recommend Georgia to anyone wishing to sell, and she would definitely be the first person we'd contact if we were selling again!

Stuart and Tolemey were appointed to sell my property against the back drop of a divorce settlement, it was not the easiest of circumstances. They, together with their PA's did everything form arranging staging and styling of an otherwise largely vacant property, photo's. video, internet and print media marketing. The used their private data bases, attended open houses, private inspections and FaceTime inspections for potential interstate buyers in lockdown. They worked the auction bidders before and during the auction and we achieved a premium result on the day. Well done and many thanks to you, your team and your contractors.

I would like to thank Stuart for the professional and efficient service we received during the process of selling our home. We achieved the sale of our property within 24 hours of our first open house inspection. Stuart made the whole process as stress free as possible and we couldn’t thank him enough!

We had dealt with Guy in considering a previous property before recently purchasing another property through him and the team at Harcourts Coastal. In both instances we have found guy to be extremely personable, professional and most importantly very transparent. His experience and local knowledge of the Gold Coast market speaks for itself, no doubt like many other local agents I’m sure, but ultimately it’s genuine customer service and transparency that makes all the difference in such important circumstances. For us, this is where Guy excelled.
