Sale of our unit in Labrador.
We had a good experience dealing with Robert Macciocu when selling our unit in Labrador. We are interstate owners so we had to place our trust in Robert, his knowledge of the area and his proven sales record, we were not disappointed. I would recommend Robert to any potential vendor. Robert was able to give two examples of sales he had conducted in our complex and was confident he could get a better price than both of these. He kept us informed and completed a sale on the first open day.

I would recommend Penelope to anyone thinking of purchasing in the Surfers Paradise area!
I would recommend Penelope Nicholls to anyone thinking of purchasing a house in the Surfers Paradise area. I had incredible delays and set backs with my Finance Lender but Penelope was understanding and kept in contact and kept the seller informed of the difficulties the bank was giving. Penelope was always available to answer any questions I had before, during and after the purchase process as she understood I was a first home buyer and didn't know what to expect. Persistent
Against the odds with difficulty accessing, Andre managed a walkthrough video and then finally access (with private and somewhat reluctant tenants) to what I knew was my dream apartment. He also assisted with the contract and referred me to a great conveyancer.

Honest, trustworthy, friendly and reliable
Joel had a difficult task in marketing a high end property which had been designed off the plan to a layout which would suit a limited market. The vendor's expectations and the markets' were significantly different and enquiries were limited. Joel worked hard to meet the client's requirements and made significant fee concessions to the seller to effect a sale. As a purchaser we found him polite, friendly and persistent but not pushy. We would be happy to use him if we ever wished to sell.

Martin was very helpful and I’d recommend him
Ive just purchased a property, where Martin was the estate agent. He was helpful, always got back to me with requested information throughout each stage of the sale. Including the initial viewing right through to the sale and settlement process. These are rare qualities in a realestate state agent, where some of them dont even get back to you about even the most simplest of questions. I would recomend Martin if you looking for a property in Surfers Paradise, for sure!
