I had an outstanding experience working with Guy (and his team). From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to my needs. What truly set him apart was his honesty, clear communication, and no-pressure guidance throughout the process. Guy kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise, I found the perfect property with confidence. I highly recommend Guy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional agent who genuinely care about his clients.

Christine & Nicola and the entire team at Coastal provided excellent service throughout the sale of my mother’s property in Mermaid Waters. They were very reassuring for my elderly mother and delivered on all of their promises from start to finish. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell in the area.

This was my second experience with Guy and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He is amazing. From the very beginning, he’s been so easy to deal with — super down to earth, approachable, and just makes the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. He explains everything clearly, kept me in the loop every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble, and his relaxed, friendly vibe made all the difference.

Robert has been so helpful in ensuring everything was going to plan. The communication Robert had with us was out standing. Nothing was to complicated, very support thru the whole process.

Promised the best possible personal service and delivered. Despite a first best offer failing at the last, he went on to get me an even better result the next round. Outstanding.

Where do I start. Ilona was outstanding to deal with. No BS, no fluff just genuine care to get us a result. We were on a timeline as we had committed elsewhere so the pressure was on. Ilona didn’t stress, just worked hard to get it done. Her calm personality and tenacious nature to get it done shows why she is the Queen of Reedy Creek. Huge thank you from Sofia and myself to help us achieve our dream home and the next chapter in our lives.
