Nightmare from start to finish
Didnt know most of stuff that she should of. Bends the Truth to suit her own purposes. This was her first sale with a New Agency Harcourts Coastal that she "had to impress". Already when property was OUT of contract harassed until Sold even though she knew I had 2 strokes already. Georgia is NOT a SELLERS agent she is A BUYERS Agent - Never ever ever LIST with this Agent. Never tells the whole truth to either side. NOT even her Boss, who is also to blame. Since I showed him her text messages, he didnt want to know about her deceipts. THEY ARE ALL IN IT TO MAKE MONEY ONLY $$$ THERE IS NO LEVEL OF TRUST.

Outstanding insight and timing
Julie was on point from the day we decided to sell. 3 days later we were styled, cleaned and photographed and live online. With open homes weekends and appointments following, she made sure our property was always respected by the people coming and going. Pleasant and honest
My property was on the market for quite some time. Brian presented a couple of offers that were not in the price range, he quickly learned what we would accept & never once made us feel uncomfortable about rejecting an offer. We sold at the right price. Well done Brian

Absolutely fantastic
We bought interstate and Martin made it so easy for us. His response to every phone call, txt and email was immediate and informative. We had asked friends who have bought on the Gold Coast if they could recommend an agent and no one gave us any names. If I was asked to recommend someone I would send them to Martin in a heartbeat. We have sold and bought a few properties over the years but this was the best agent we have ever dealt with. If I sold or bought again I will only use Martin. A big thank you to Martin who made our buying experience (especially from a distance) feel exciting and absolutely stress free.
