It's hard to beat Shaun Bourke when it comes to apartments (and the very rare house) in Broadbeach. He's a gun. He knows the location inside out - both the geography and the culture. And he totally understands the market, he connects motivated buyers with sellers and he's fast and efficient to communicate with.
