I found Nic quite polite and patient with myself and the group of people that inspected the house for sale. He was well presented and was happy to communicate with me anything that I wanted to know about the property and also any thing that the vendor wanted during the process of purchasing the property. There was little confusion in the process and he was there for the pest and building inspections and also with the bank valuation.
