We have both purchased and sold through grant and on both these occasions have found him to be excellent to deal with. Having done both sides of the sale/purchase process with him he has been very fair with looking after both parties rather than trying to beat down the price to get a quick sale. Grants communication skills were excellent throughout these deals and his knowledge and experience of the Gold Coast market made both deals very easy. We would have no problem recommending grant to sell a property if asked who would we use. We could have gone with other agents that promise the world and an overinflated selling price which we knew was not achievable, the price we discussed which we were happy with is what we sold for. Grant worked very hard on the sale and would use him again should we need an agent on the Gold Coast Mark bernoth
