Steve was an excellent agent- very enthusiastic from the start and very confident that he would succeed . The only mistake I made was in not engaging his services from the very first moment we decided to put our house on the market. His communication skills were far superior to those of our previous agent and he has been caring and upfront throughout the entire transaction.

I have held sales positions in much of my working life including National Sales Manager positions in Fortune 500 Companies so I can give Shaun a credible rating as a salesman. I have bought and sold a number of properties both here on the Gold Coast and in other States, and I have to say that Shane is the best sales person in all facets of the profession I have encountered. I will be using his services again to source future properties.
Shaun Bourke
My husband and I appointed Shaun Bourke for the sale of our Bel Air unit in Broadbeach. The way Shaun networks seems to come naturally to him and his efficiency took us by surprise: we had a contract on our home within 2 weeks. He always wears a smile and acts professionally. If you really want your property sold, Shaun Bourke is THE MAN to talk to.

I found Shaun to be a very helpful agent who communicates well and has a high amount of personal integrity. He did not come across with any nonsense but basically told it as it was without any pressure which makes the customer feel comfortable

Ricky is a go-getter. He attacked our apartment sale with enthusiasm, market knowledge and determination. He didn't shirk opens and was always available to show the apartment to buyers. I have no hesitation recommending him to prospective vendors. Great job Ricky.

I was extremely happy with the work done to achieve a sale at auction. Ricky and his team were very professional with all the dealings I had. Communication was clear and I was kept up to date with what was happening and what buyers were saying about the apartment.

Christine Tucker
I was exceptionally pleased with Christine Tuckers devotion, honesty and advice throughout the sale of our home at 140 Sunshine Boulevard, Mermaid Waters. Selling a house is a stressful time for anyone, but Christine certainly made the process as smooth as possible for us. You truly went beyond the general duties of a real estate agent and your professionalism was first class. Right from our very first meeting you explained the sale/auction process with care and didn’t try to obtain our business by giving us an unreal expectation. We had complete trust in you and felt happy knowing you were the best agent in the area.
