The Dynamic Duo
A great effort by Katrina and Penelope to sell our unit in Surfers Paradise. They were a great double act and shared the workload well. I've actually not met the girls in person as we did everything over the phone which worked very well for me. I was keen to find an agent who knew about sales in our unit complex and these girls had plenty of experience. It took about 2 months to the day to find the right buyer and we were happy with the price. They were very proactive with holding inspections which in the end was what got the sale. We would readily recommend Katrina and Penelope. Thanks girls. Great job.

Warm, well prepared and always responsive

Penelope was awesome!
My comments will be based on our experience with Penelope, as we didn't have any contact with Katrina (although I'm sure she is great too). Penelope provided us with very professional service, good market insight, and didn't mind taking my phone calls or responding to SMS at any time (or so she says). Very happy with the outcome and would recommend her and Katrina to my friends or family.

Long Standing Relationship
I’ve known Christine for many years as she sold us the current Family home. We’ve stayed in touch since, and she’s always displayed an in-depth understanding of the local market whenever we’ve discussed local sales. The relationship proved fruitful earlier this year when Christine sold my Father’s Townhouse in 3 days and for the price we desired. Her team then sold the Sylvania Place property, which was a little more challenging, soon after it passed in at auction. We were happy with the outcome, and were appreciative of the efforts made to get the buyer to a price which met market expectations. Christine and her team kept us well informed, and displayed the highest levels of professionalism, throughout the process.
