We bought AND sold within a 14 day turnaround which was a pretty unique and stressful situation. Our home was due to be sold at auction but sold immediately after the first weekend of inspections. We got a record sale and a cash sale, which was bloody fantastic. We enjoyed working with Martin - he's a calm character to have around when buying or selling; he's organised and always answers the phone (or calls back very quickly); he presents all scenarios and options so you are informed every step of the way.
