We are very pleased we chose Emma and Coastal for our sale in Labrador. Her communication was excellent and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions. She made the process seamless and we feel she worked very hard to achieve a great result for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she really does go above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma to our friends and family.

After looking for my perfect home for 12 months Emma presented the one. I can finally relax now. Thank you for your guidance and care.

Excellent people skills and just a good all round nice/honest bloke. Look forward to using him again in the future. Himself and Josie are an excellent team!

Stuart is great to work with, he doesn't push you to accept something you may not be 100% happy with. Gives feedback, and takes steps to rectify any issues that may arise. He talks with neighboring property owners if he sees something that may be causing an issue. Stuart was a pleasure to work with.

Georgia has been amazing! Purchased my first home off her and has been kind enough to help step me through the process and clarify any and all questions I've had. Shes been extremely accommodating for all my concerns and remained professional throughout every interaction. By far the most honest and reliable agent I've had the pleasure to work with through my search to find property. Would highly recommend and will seek her when it comes time to sell and find my next place!

Christine was excellent in coordinating the competing requirements of the seller and our own. We got there in end. Very hands on. To the point of coming to the property after handover to help clean an area overlooked by the seller. Took her heels off to do it :)
