I highly recommend Stuart to anyone considering selling their property. Stuart is honest, reliable and polite. His knowledge of the housing market is outstanding, giving realistic advice and manages expectations well. Stuart also gives back to his community, supporting the local residents group with monetary donations from every sale, something other agents have promised but not delivered.

Guy and his team have an incredible knowledge of the local market, are easy to work with and are good, honest communicators. I was really happy to sell my property with them and if I had another property on the Gold Coast, I would definitely use Guy and the team again.

Nic was incredible throughout our sales process. From the start he kept us fully informed and updated on the process as well as all potential buyer negotiations. We had the property listed with another agent for four months and then Nic had the listing for 5 days and sold it. Truly exceptional. His attention to detail, commitment and passion for the job is remarkable.

Guy, Josie and Maddie couldn’t have made the selling process any smoother with exceptional communication skills and always being available to answer any questions we had. Thanks GP Team for all your effort, it’s truly been a pleasure working with you.

Kudos to the Owner for choosing an outstanding estate agent. We just purchased a home from Nic, Even though Nic was sure to get the best outcome for the vendor & the competition was competitive he was clear on the purchasing process which allowed all intrested parties the opportunity to purchase. Didn’t stop there, The after purchase communication has been outstanding!!

I’m glad we decided to work with Dan and Essie to sell our house. They are organized, professional, detail oriented and passionate! They organized all the selling activities in a high quality level. They gave us updates every time there’s a progress. What most important is they managed to get us the expected offer just in time, as Dan promised in our initial interview. I highly recommend them for anyone who plans to sell their house in Broadbeach region!

We purchased a Sorrento property though Stuart and it was a stress free effortless experience from beginning to end. Stuart was great to deal with, kept his word and actually rang you back when needed. He didn't pull any salesmen tricks and we felt at ease from the start. The property was lovely and probably the best point for us, no matter how insignificant was that the photos of the house actually looked like the house. No fish eye lenses, no distance tricks. We walked in and liked what we saw. Thanks again Stuart .

I don't think we would have bought the property if was not for Karen. Karen described the property well and has excellent knowledge of the market. Karen was able to build rapport and guage my feedback as a buyer. Karen was very friendly, inviting and commumicated really well. Karen kept in touch with me about the property and secured the sale.
