Guy Powell provided us with outstanding customer service. Having shown us three residential properties, Guy then located an “Off Market” property that met all our criteria. Guy’s staff Josie and Maddie also contributed to securing the purchase. Guy and his Team are great ambassadors for the Harcourt Coastal brand.

Emma supported us through the difficult decision and process to downsize and sell the family home of almost 35 years. Emma’s personal qualities of kindness and empathy were complimented by her technical expertise in the real estate world. Emma made the whole process as easy as it could be and supported us each step of the way. Along the way, Emma made went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and comfortable. We cannot thank Emma enough or recommend her more highly.
