Working with us
From the 1st time we contacted Martin he showed an interest in working with us on the sale of our property, some other RE agents seemed to be interested only in a quick sale at whatever price, as long as they got their commission. Because of some personal circumstances we had to contact Martin on a Sunday evening but he responded within minutes and organised a meeting with us next Monday morning where we signed up the paperwork, he also helped with the transfer of the letting rights with their own people as we were unhappy with the property management we had with someone else. The sale was surprisingly quick, only a few days on the market, and we got a price we were happy with close to what we asked. I can definitely recommend Martin and the Harcourts group.

A very happy seller
This is the second time in the last 18 months we’ve used Katrina to sell a property for us.The prices they said they would sell for and the time they said they needed to get the property sold seemed ambitious but on both occasions they achieved what they promised.We would definitely use Katrina and Penelope for our next sale
