Very professional team to work with

Sale, Sold, Satisfied
Martin was professional and efficient in the sale of a property in Surfers Paradise. The property was listed for auction however actioned an offer before auction and managed the sale of the property where both the buyer and seller were satisfied, and the property sold. Martin understood the market, the needs of the parties involved and communicated efficiently throughout the process. I would highly recommend Martin.

Outstanding sales outcome resulting from agent's efforts

Guy was brilliant!
Once I'd decided I wanted to sell my Unit, I was initially concerned as it's such a huge process on your own. However Guy was brilliant. He's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows Real Estate well and works hard to get the result you're after. I would use Guy and Harcourts again in a heartbeat. Guy and his team are easy to work with. I couldn't recommend Ilona more highly, a true professional.
I found Ilona to be highly knowledgeable with a thorough understanding of the local area and the current uncertain climate in real estate. Ilona provided helpful advice regarding my renovation and best preparing the property for sale. She has a lovely, calm demeanor which I found very refreshing and showed a very high level of professionalism and integrity with strong communication skills, keeping me advised every step of the way. The property was sold off market with Ilona using her extensive database to find a buyer before heading to market.
