Nenad was born easy to deal with and very capable. His understanding of the market was accurate and I appreciated the way he kept me informed throughout the process. I made it a condition of the sale that he help my tenant find an affordable alternative. Although this was not under his direct control he did everything he could to assist. He was polite and considerate both to me and the tenant. He worked hard to achieve the best possible result. The property was sold prior to auction.
