Martin is a Gold Coast property expert. True to his word he organised the marketing campaign and was the salesman driving the sales of our property. Martin was definitely hands on in achieving our sale. We cannot recommend him highly enough. When you place the sale of your property with Martin, it is in good hands and he is diligently and professionally working for you to achieve the best result possible.

We met Ilona through viewing an open house some years ago. When we decided to sell our home, we knew that Ilona would be our agent. Ilona consistently demonstrates integrity and is always very professional. Her demeanor is approachable and inviting. Ilona respectfully undertakes the research required to know the property and surrounding neighborhood. Communication was excellent, all our questions were answered promptly and Ilona always offered assistance. On more than one occasion, Ilona offered to help us with contacts and relocation issues, she went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Ilona to anyone selling their home.

I bought a property through harcourt coastal. Zahndra was the agent who did most of the work. She accommodated my time line for quick viewing, as I had a pre booked work engagement in Hawaii. And I am sure helped expedite the offer process. I received a lot of flexibility in deposit due to a house sale contract at my end that overlapped my purchase of a property up in Southport. Thank you for all your help.

Ilona was the agent we dealt with when we purchased this house, so it was easy to select her for the sale 6yrs later. She kept in contact with us from the appraisal to the sale and made the process easy securing us a fantastic price with just one "open inspection". We had full confidence in Ilona and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling .

I went to many open homes while choosing my forever home & let me tell you, these 2 were exceptional! From the moment they had open home to the moment it went unconditional both Ilona & Zahndra were both so amazing to deal with, always touching base & always made themselves available to be there for me. The both of these ladies have been more than amazing to deal with & most definitely will get them to assist me in purchasing my next home! Highly recommend :)
