I have sold through christine twice and she is lovely to deal with. Very helpful and goes above and beyond for her clients. I was disappointed in the price achieved at auction given the bank valuation and a nearby comparable sale of more than $300k more than our sale price. But I don’t believe this was due to Christine at all and I only took it because she had managed to get us an off market sale for a property I did really want.
