Did not deal with James directly but with another member of the team, Duwayne. After enquiring who sold another property in our complex contacted Harcourts and can safely say was a pleasure to deal with. Duwayne was friendly, level headed and honest in his approach to the whole process and highly recommend the team for anyone wanting a professional experience and quick results.

James is my Real Estate Agent!
I purchased our property with James 13 years ago. Over the years I’ve bumped into James around Robina and he always took the time to ask how I was. He sent monthly property updates and when I talked to him randomly one day in passing about refinance my property, he recommended a great broker. About 6 years back my friend was having difficulty communicating with her real estate agent and the property just wouldn’t sell. My friend Karen contacted James and he sold her house within weeks, she was very appreciative of my recommendation. So without question when I came to sell he was very helpful with advice on what I should do to prepare my property for sale. I followed his instructions and we got a fair price for our home quickly, not that we needed to sell quickly just the process of selling is best done quickly for lifestyle direction. Sale of our home in Pacific Pines
Our agent Paula was wonderful. Always friendly, informative and professional. She listened to our requirements regarding listing and selling. Exceptional Service
James was recommended to us from many friends around the area who have used his services to successfully and quickly sell their houses, at great prices. From the moment we made contact with him the whole process was easy, transparent and very punctual. He came prepared with the history of house sales in our area, allowing us to decide, with his help, on a price competitive for the current market. His marketing strategies were tailored to best suit us, providing his professional opinion but also taking our opinions and ideas into account. We were very please with our photos, true to what our house looked and didn’t deceive the potential buyers, this actually worked in our favour as buyers were pleasantly surprised with what they saw when they came to our only open home.
