Purchase of investment property in Robina
Had the pleasure to deal with Duwayne Mattig. Duwayne was very thorough and patient with us during the initial inspection, he explained a lot and give us insights on the local area and surround suburb. He also explained a lot to us about the regulations and process for property purchase in QLD, which we are not familiar as we are from NSW. During the negotiation phase, Duwayne was prompt with our enquiries, willing to listen, compromise and put in effort to finalise the deal

New home owners put at ease
Paula was very honest throughout the sale and her transparency was refreshing. When it came to signing contracts etc there was no pressure from her and allowed us to process the sale with a clear head. Paula was great and would recommend in the future.

Great Advice
From our initial meeting we knew that we were dealing with an agent who new the area and most importantly was someone that we immediately liked and felt confident with. Vicki kept us well informed throughout the sales process and was always available to help answer any queries. We were moving from interstate and needed Vicki for heaps of advice and negotiation re the property. Very Helpful from start to finish
Very professional, no bull Sh..... house sold in 7 days. Paula was very helpful and kind, walked us through the best options to sell the house, made the whole experience less stressful under difficult circumstances. Would not have gone with anyone else. Both James and Paula new what they were talking about. I could not recommend them more highly.
