My experience buying this property went from what should have been a straight forward purchase to quite a stressfull experience (at a time of high personal stress) mainly due to the current financial institution's lack of interest accross the board and with absolutely NO risk to themselves. I have to thank Raymond for working with the vendor and myself for a positive outcome to my purchase and for his continued positive attitude and manner helping to get me through this at what can only be described as an extremely low and stressful point in my life.

Kurt and his team at Harcourt have been professional and outstanding in the sale of my mother's unit. It have been even moreso evident as I have had to communicate with them form WA and dealing with time differences with Western Australia and Tasmania. Nothing was too much bother and all requests were met with respect and professionalism. I am happy to recommend Kurt and his team throughout Tasmania if you are selling property especially when you are interstate.

Kurt’s knowledge of the current market was a great guide to pricing and consequently attracting many prospective purchasers. Kurt kept me informed of the progress every step of the way & made selling a simple process. Extremely professional from beginning to end & I will be seeking to work with Kurt for my future real estate projects.

When buying your first home the experience can seem incredibly daunting. Fortunately, the Harcourts team made quick and easy work of our worries. Kurt Knowles is very well spoken, friendly and shows he is passionate toward his work. We would like to extend our greatest thanks to him and a special mention to a fellow agent, Maree Stones.
