After having our house for 120 days with another agency, Jacob was a breath of fresh air, he was helpful, cheerfull and did an awesome job for us. Jacob had our house sold within 3 weeks, we were able to purchase the property we thought we would loose due to our property taking so long to sell. We couldn't recommend Jacob highly enough. Both my husband and I wish him every success in the future. Thanks Jacob for a job well done.

From start to end of the enquiry and purchasing journey Kurt had a calm, confident, no pressure presence during our phone and in-person interactions which we truely appreciated when buying to move our family. He was well prepared knowing all the details about the property for the questions we had on inspection, and communicated clear processes and timeframes in him presenting offers to the seller allowing us to feel informed and prepared. He and his team emailed through documentation when they said they would and returned phone-calls through the process promptly allowing everything to roll as smooth as possible. He was the perfect balance of professional, informed and proactive and respectful to both the seller and buyer's needs through the whole process. He made the buying process the calmest buy we've been through. Thank you Kurt for your guidance and assistance on the purchase of our new home in our dream location.
