Outstanding experience as a buyer

Sale of property
When the auctioneers hammer came down, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed as I believed the property would sell for more than the price it achieved. That said I was always going to let the dust settle over a few days before making a final call on the outcome which has given me the chance to assess the outcome relative to the market trend of the last month. All things considered I now realise a good outcome was achieved That’s one side of the story and now for the other side I can’t speak highly enough of the manner in which Louis dealt with the whole process The property is currently let by a Tennant who went out of her way to make the whole sale process extremely difficult Her actions could have derailed the whole sale were it not for the professionalism in dealing with this situation by Louis and his team, great work The other aspect that I really need to highlight is the communication between myself, Louis and letting agent, again at no time was I left even slightly guessing, a paramount aspect of the process, great work In capping a really great thank you to Louis and his team, a process untrusted into great hands Thank you Vincent
