I have been using Harcourts Northlakes since 2014 and will not be changing anytime soon. Everything has been made super easy and I do not have to worry about my investment properties while in their hands. The property report are detailed and I have had no trouble with any of the tenants they have selected. Communication is everything when using a property manager and they have it covered. Kellie Barton has been our property manager for over 1.5 decades. She guides and brings in good tenants. I know the market has been good for landlords recently after many years of stagnation but she suggested we refurbish our house which we did for a better rental income. We have now got even better rent than anticipated.

The staff are very friendly. They seem very busy which means I don’t hear back very quickly when I contact them and sometimes my queries aren’t resolved and I don’t get a response at all.
