Harcourts Northlakes
Since the last 2 years my property has not been managed properly. Some issues would be that property managers are moved or replaced often therefore as a landlord I am unable to built a relationship with the property manager so that we understand each other and we are able to retain good tenants and manage any maintenance effectively.

Friendly and Professional Agency!
Harcourts have been an excellent real estate to deal with - very professional and wonderful friendly staff! Our lease process wasn’t stressful and they were very easy to deal with! Very glad to have our rental through them! Highly recommend!

Professional and efficient
I have been renting with this agency for almost a month now and the staff have been nothing but efficient in performing their duty. There was some maintenance needed to be attended to To insure our quality of life in the house. Harcourts rental agents were quick and efficient at getting the estimates and the work orders.

The entire team at North Lakes and especially Daynah clearly explained the expectations and requirements which allowed the choice and selection of the desired rental property and the sign up process smooth and seamless. Efficient and reliable service. Lovely staff who have gone the extra mile always to help us as landlords and our tenants have a great experience. We are Very pleased With Skye who is our property manager and can’t speak enough of how helpful she is! I would Highly recommend their service !
