No bullshit and a great result.
Dealing with Michael is great. He won't blow smoke up your arse & give you false hope & unrealistic valuations to gain the listing. I've dealt with Michael and his team as both a seller, buyer and landlord now and very happy with the results. Give him a crack I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
