In a sellers market a great agent shines when they don’t disappear after contracts are exchanged. Michael’s level communication and client care cannot be faulted from start to finish. He made the process so easy and even arranged to have our lawns mowed before the open house! The Harcourts team even found our tenant a property to transition into to make us feel confident with our decision when accepting an offer that the tenant will also be looked after.
