Every single moment from our first meeting to the completion of the sale we felt that Michael and his team were really working with us and ensuring that the elderly seller was at all times fully informed and treated fairly by all interested in the property. When putting a house that you have lived in the most of your life up for sale, it is a bit scary, and it is hard to tell who you can trust. Immense thanks to Michael and his team for selling our property. It wasn't a great market to be selling in, but with the right attitude, ability and professionalism from Michael, we sold our property in 1 week and got the price we wanted. We had three personal inspections done prior to the first Open Home, organised by Michael. All three put offers in. Another 4 offers after the first Open Home Inspection. Michael did his magic, kept us up to date and informed, and sealed the deal without hassle or drama. He even helped arrange a short settlement that was advantageous to both ourselves and the buyers.
