best agent in Dapto
Ben was exactly the agent we were looking for. As we didn't live in the property, we needed someone who would handle it for us and work in our best interests. He kept us up to date with everything and negotiated a result over our advertised price, which we were told is hard to do at the moment. He was worth every cent! If we ever sold again, I would hire him again without hesitation!

Knows his stuff
Told Michael after the successful sale of our rental property that when time came to sell our family home we would see him again. Well that time has come and Michael has done it once again, his knowledge and methods amaze us, he kept us up to date with all inspections and progress of the campaign and follow up towards settlement. Exceptional Agent
We found Michael to be extremely professional, calm and collected throughout the entire selling process from end to end and he was a delight to have as our listing agent. Michael has very good local knowledge and clearly has a great team behind him that are all just as professional and friendly to deal with. Fabulous Agent
If you are looking for an agent look no further than Michael & Erin from Harcourts. They sold our property and I cant thank them enough. They were very professional and always arrived on time or early. When we made requests or asked questions they were very helpful and alway made sure they responded to you. They kept communication open and we were always up to date on where our sale was and what the next step was. Their price guide to properties is 100% on point. An Excellent Agent.
Ben James was excellent to deal with in the purchase of the property at 5 Rosemount Street, Dapto. As we had to travel a distance to view the property, he went out of his way to accommodate us with an appointment for an inspection of the property that suited our timetable. Over and above the usual publicity material associated with the sale, he followed up with additional information by email. Ben was easy to communicate with; he negotiated a sale that was suitable to our needs and obviously suitable to those of the vendor. Well done Ben.
